How the Shrink Wrap System Works

Your products are placed on a conveyor belt and move into the L-Bar sealing machine.Special sensors take pictures of each item and start the sealing process.A heated bar then seals the product tightly using POF film.

Once sealed, the packages go into a heat shrink tunnel.Inside, warm air moves evenly over all parts of the film.The film shrinks smoothly around the product, giving it a tight and shaped look.

The conveyor system keeps the same speed through the tunnel, which can be set between 15 and 30 meters per minute.Your finished packages come out of the tunnel cool and ready to be packed into boxes or put on pallets.
